Terroir : Rolled Durance pebbles, the Durance river flowed through the valley well before the Rhône.
Yield : 42hl / ha.

Wine-making : Cooling of the harvest. Bleeding of the vat after 24h. Fermentation in 400 L. french barrel.
3 months of ageing in the barrel with lees stirring.

Tasting : Intense peony color. Aromatic complexity.
A surprising lon "body" in the palate. Notes of pear, rasberrry, hint of fresh hazelnuts.

T°C taste : 10-12°C

Foods : ASpicy cuisine, grilled red mullet, gambas brochettes.
It may be drunk throughout the meal or served at a barbecue of fish or meat.

Ageing potential  : 2-4 years.
