Tasting : Intense peony color. Aromatic complexity.
A surprising lon "body" in the palate. Notes of pear, rasberrry, hint of fresh hazelnuts.
T°C taste : 10-12°C
Foods : ASpicy cuisine, grilled red mullet, gambas brochettes.
It may be drunk throughout the meal or served at a barbecue of fish or meat.
