Terroir : Rolled Durance pebbles, the Durance river flowed through the valley well before the Rhône.

Wine-making : The must is cooled for natural clarification. Fermentation and lees stiring in the 400 L. french barrel.
3 months of ageing in the barrel.

Tasting : Rich, long on the palate, with an exellent balance and a good acidity.
A well-balanced white wine in the Rhône Valley.

T°C taste : 12-14°C

Foods : As an aperitif. It may also be served with dishes made withcream and white meat.

Ageing potential  : 2-5 years.
